ACCA Live Online - Quality and interaction with Kaplan tutors

We caught up with one of our ACCA students, Zara Fazila, to find out how she found our Live Online study. She works for Telekom Malaysia, and has done so for over 16 years.
Did you get the support you needed from tutors throughout your studies?
Yes definitely! Because I myself have sent an email to my tutor to ask questions that I don't understand and she actually replied to me promptly. She sounded very friendly so you don't feel awkward when you want to talk to your tutor even though you didn't meet them face to face. Secondly, Kaplan also resolved my issue promptly when I cannot log into the Kaplan portal. Even during weekends I reached out for assistance from the Kaplan team and they responded very fast and resolved my issues.
How do you rate the quality of the tutors?
To me, the tutors are all good. They are well versed, have knowledge in what they are teaching, good knowledge, and they are also very responsive. Me myself. I have sent questions to the tutors and they responded to me promptly. I think they are so friendly and very helpful.
How would you rate the interactivity of the classes?
The classes are very interactive because you have the chat panel where you can ask questions. You can always ask questions to the tutors whenever you need to know something and besides, the tutors can also ask questions and you can answer and ACCA is an international certification so there are other students from other countries. Not only from Malaysia, UK, US so through that chat panel also, you can learn from the questions posted to enhance your understanding.
Would you recommend this study method to other students?
I would definitely recommend this kind of study method especially to working people who wish to further their studies but want to do it in part-time mode. This is the best option because everything is there and even Kaplan provides me with the books. There are textbooks, exam kit and also small notes that you can refer to. And the portal is actually helps me a lot with all the modules, all the presentation slides and also notes from the lecturer. This is the best option I think for working people.
