How much it costs to deliver your study materials and how long it takes depends on where in the world you live.

Delivery fees are as follows per paper:

Malaysia - RM60
Orders will be delivered in 3-5 working days*

Europe - €40 (including non-EU member states)
Orders will be delivered in 5 - 7 working days*

Please note that due to varying interpretations of the post-Brexit EU/UK trading agreement, some EU countries are imposing import duty on the value of the goods received from the UK. It is payable by the end consumer via the delivery company and your delivery may be withheld until paid. This may vary from country to country and be up to a value of 20% of the value of the study material.

New to Kaplan? We’ll send you an email to complete your MyKaplan registration and set up your password, so you can log in.

You’ll have access to your online resources for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Accessing your CIMA eBook

If you're already a MyKaplan user, log in to view your eBook. If you're new to MyKaplan, we will send you a 'Welcome email' following your purchase. This will allow you to activate your account and log in. You will then be able to open your eBook and see a library with any other BibliU materials you have purchased via Kaplan. You can access your eBook via MyKaplan for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Using the BibliU app

Once you have activated your account in MyKaplan, you can also use the BibliU app to access your eBook and library. When accessing the BibliU app for the first time please use the "Forgotten Password" function on the login screen. The app will recognise your email and purchase, however you need to set a new password because the BibliU app does not share the same password as your MyKaplan account for security purposes.
